Integro-Indemnis Business Venture

More and more major companies are considering their trade risk management requirements within the context of their overall risk management and corporate strategy. At the same time these clients recognize the value of accessing the broader capabilities, expertise and leverage that a major brokerage offers. Indemnis has responded to these client needs by establishing a preferred business venture with Integro that brings together the specialized trade risk management expertise of Indemnis and the depth and breadth of property & casualty risk experience and relationships of Integro.

Changing industry.

When the insurance brokerage industry experienced a dramatic consolidation in the mid-to-late 1990s, managers of large and complex risks were left with fewer choices among brokers. With just three major competitors remaining, clients and insurance companies recognized that the major risk market was being underserved.

A new direction.

Integro was created to respond to this need, and represents a viable new option for major risks. Initiated in May 2005 by its founding partners, Robert Clements, Roger Egan and Peter Garvey, Integro is dedicated to serving the complex insurance and risk management needs of large institutional risks. Our firm was capitalized as a privately held firm by investors who believe in the concept, the leadership, and the business plan of our company.

Fresh ideas.

As an insurance brokerage firm emerging from a foundation of broad experience among its members, Integro is uniquely positioned to design and develop its operations in close alignment with our clients' needs and expectations.

Integro's dynamic new business model is founded on the basic principles of client service, strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the integration of specialized resources.

Integro clients can access Indemnis' trade risk management expertise directly or through Integro's local representation across the USA and Canada.
