Tom Leonard - Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years experience in the credit insurance, financing and
factoring industries, Tom has a unique combination of experience: crossing
North America and encompassing board-level to strategic to operational
roles. Senior responsibilities included board member of North America's
largest credit insurer and a mid-market securitization venture; chief
executive and chief agent of Canada's largest private sector credit insurer;
and Senior VP of North America's largest credit insurer and second largest
factor. His many functional roles covered: strategic planning; credit risk
management; marketing; business development; product development; channel
development; change management; and account executive.
Tom has touched every receivable risk management solution and along the way
has established key senior level market relationships with the highest
quality partners for clients. Indemnis is well positioned to develop a
