Indemnis is committed to bringing sophisticated and leading edge trade
credit risk management solutions to its clients' large and complex trade
risks. In doing so, Indemnis will leverage its deep and broad relationships
with markets as well as third-parties with existing client relationships.
Indemnis will work closely with traditional financial institutions,
securitization vehicles, accountants, private equity investors, lawyers,
etc. to develop business and with the client alongside these third parties
to build a solution that best meets the client's needs. While most
relationships are informal, at times formal relationships (with full
disclosure) will be established to best provide solutions for clients.
Indemnis' first formal relationship was with Integro Insurance Brokers. This
business venture with Integro brings together the specialized trade risk
management expertise of Indemnis and the depth and breadth of P&C expertise
and relationships of Integro.
